Warranty Policy
Despite our best efforts to choose high quality materials and a reliable movement, problems may occur. If that's the case, our 2-year warranty covers all manufacturing issues. This does not include damage related to wear and tear, misuse or accidental impact including but not limited to scratches to the watch, damage to the strap or water damage due to failure to secure crowns or water depths greater than what is indicated to be safe. Problems due to unauthorized repairs or services are not covered by our warranty.

Shipping Policy
Mark Time offers free standard shipping world wide as well as free return shipping. Fees for expedited shipping apply as indicated at checkout. We do not cover import fees/duty applicable in your country.

Return Policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, UNWORN and UNUSED in its original packaging. Please note that wear and tear on the strap or watch from trying on the watch may be considered as a worn condition. You’ll also need the order confirmation as proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Upon receiving your return, if we find the condition of the watch to be worse than what it was when we shipped it, we reserve the right to charge a 10% restocking fee.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
